The Royal Institute of Technology and the IEEE Photonics Society are pleased to announce the 13th International Conference on Transparent Optical Networks ICTON 2011.

ICTON conference, started in 1999, is a growing reality with, in the past 3 editions, more than 300 participants from more than 40 countries spread across Europe, US and Asia.
