Fields of research in Optics group include many topics of modern optics: theoretical and electromagnetic optics, ultra-fast phenomena, diffractive optics etc.

For the experimental research, we actively use Ultra-fast Nano-photonics laboratory equipped with unique facilities.

We teach courses on Optics and Nano-photonics, on both fundamental and advanced level, from B.Sc./M.Sc. to Ph.D.
