Subject: Advanced review course of the physical and technological concepts used in modern CMOS and bipolar/BiCMOS fabrication

Prerequisites: a course in semiconductor devices or physics.

Course content: 24-26 h lectures start Jan 2012, in Kista.
Approximately 8h laboratory exercises.

Lecturer: Prof. Mikael Östling

Lectures will also be given by Assoc. Prof. B. Gunnar Malm
and Dr. Christoph Henkel

Language: English

Examination: Oral examination and two written lab reports on time.
